Information on the protection of the personal data on the website regarding consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes

In this information memorandum we would like to provide you with detailed information on the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. We would like to begin by our explanation of why we have asked you for your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.

The main objective of processing personal data is to offer you the latest information about current and products and services and our business partners. Another objective is to provide time-limited offers and practical information, in either written or electronic form. We strive to create tailor-made offers based on segmentation and profiling, and present only relevant product and service offers so that you are not flooded with offers of products that are already available to you or do not meet your needs.

Given by the fact that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ES will enter into force , it is necessary that we receive a new consent that meets the new requirements.

1. Who are your personal data controllers?

The controller of personal data is a company that determines the purpose and means of processing personal data. For marketing purposes, the controller of your personal data is a company.

2. What data we process?

For marketing purposes, we process the following categories of personal data which help us offer a range of products and services that could help you and solve your needs.

  • Basic identification data – name and surname, registered office, date of birth, address.
  • Contact information – telephone number, e-mail address.
  • Socio-demographic characteristics – statistical information relating to age, sex, education, occupation.
  • Information about products and services – which services you have already used, information in how to use your customer zone. Based on the data, we can recommend suitable products and services to you.
  • Information from telephone conversations or other interactions with you, for example via e-mail, chat or text messages.
  • Geolocation data – geolocation data from web browser. These data can be normally used to contact the agent or subsidiary which are the closest to your place.

3. What are the sources of personal data?

We collect the personal data listed in the previous point directly from you. You state this personal data in the client contract or you have stated it in other documents.

Personal data may also come from publicly available sources, registers and records, such as the commercial register. Your personal data may also come from the third parties who have the right to handle them.

4. To which purposes have you given your consent?

You have given your consent for marketing purposes which include the following activities:

  • offer of their products and services. We can offer you offers based on your consent in electronic form, at least in the form of e-mail messages or messages sent to mobile devices via phone calls, via client zone, in the written form or in the form of the phone call,
  • automated processing of personal data in order to adapt the business offer to your individual needs,
  • market surveys and customer satisfactions with products and services they use.

Consent to personal data processing for marketing purposing is voluntary. However, it is necessary so that we can send you individual offers of products, services and our business partners. We cannot provide you with individual offers of products and services without your consent.

5. What is the reason of profiling and automated decision-making?

Our company tries to provide customized products and service offerings. For this reason, we profile your personal data with your consent. We use automatic information systems, web applications or calculators for this purpose. We send you therefore personalized reports and customized product and service offerings. Automatic evaluation (profiling) of personal data will hep us to understand you and your needs better, estimate future actions and adapt our products and services accordingly.

6. How long will it take to process your personal data?

You have given your consent to the company for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the next 10 years from the termination of such a relationship or until the moment you revoke your consent.

If you are not a client of the company or are not planning to become one, your consent will be valid for 10 years from the date it was granted or until the moment you revoke your consent.

After this time, your personal data will be deleted, but only to that extent and for that purposes for which consent is not required by law.

7. Who are our business partners?

By agreeing, you have also agreed to the offers of our carefully selected business partners and to the transfer of personal data to them. Our business partners also adhere to the rules of personal data protection and we have entered into an agreement with them on the processing of personal data.

8. Who can access your personal data?

For the processing of data for marketing purposes, other entities that process personal data, such as the so-called intermediaries whose role is to provide services to the company, may have access to your data. It could be, for example, external companies that manage our systems or other services to ensure the proper operation of the company and the processing of personal data for marketing purposes. We have a contract on the processing of personal data with the above-mentioned intermediaries. On the basis of the contract, they are also obliged to observe strict rules of personal data protection.

9. What are your rights concerning personal data processing?

Information on processing your personal data

The information mainly includes: identification and contact details of the controller, his deputies or Andy responsible person, purposes of processing, categories of personal data concerned, recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, information on transfers of personal data to third parties, retention period of personal data, authorized controllers, list of your rights, the possibility to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, the source of the processed personal data, information on whether and how automated decision-making and profiling takes place.

Right of access to personal data

You have the right to confirm whether or not personal data are being processed and, if so, you have access to information on the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, recipients or categories of recipients, the retention period, the right to information about rights, the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, information on the source of personal data, information on whether automated decision-making and profiling takes places, information and guarantees in case of transfer of personal data to a third party or an international organization. You have the right to provide copies of the personal data processed.

Right to rectification

Do we process your outdated or inaccurate personal data? Have you, for example, changed your address? Please, let us know and your personal information will be corrected.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)

In some cases provided by law, we are required to delete your personal data at your request. Right to restrict processing

If you want your personal data to be processed exclusively for the most necessary legal purposes or if you want to block your personal data.

Right to raise objections and right to automated individual decision-making

All information and statements about the rights you exercise are free of charge.

How long does it take for a company to respond?

We will provide you with comments and any information about the measures taken as soon as possible, but no later than within one month. If necessary, and given the complexity and number of applications, we can extend this period to two months. We will notify you of the extension, including the reasons.

10. How can you withdraw consent for the processing of your data?

The agreement on the treatment of personal property is used on the principle of voluntariness. In other words, you can withdraw the consent whenever you want. If you don’t want to receive offers of products and services of our business partners, we are sorry, however, we fully respect your decision.

What must a consent withdrawal include?

  • Information about the withdrawing party. Please provide your full name, address and dare of birth, so that we can identify and verify you.
  • To whom the withdrawal may concern. You can address the withdrawal to all branches or if you want to keep sending offers of selected branches, list only those you want or don’t want to allow to continue contacting you.
  • The piece of information that you do not want us to process your personal information. If you would like to receive only selected offers, please, let us know which ones so that we can meet your requirements.
  • Your handwritten signature.

How can you send a consent withdrawal?

  • A withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes can be send in written form, so that we have a proper record of your withdrawal. Do not forget to sign the withdrawal.
  • Submit a written request to company’s registered office or correspondence address.
